Welcome to SearchPath Automotive Retail Recruitment (SARR).

SARR was established in the US in early 2015 to help combat the war on talent within the Fixed Operations side of recruitment. Over the past four years we have become one of the leading search companies in the US at sourcing Automotive Technicians and Fixed Operations Management.
 
Why have we become so successful? SARR go straight to the source – ‘direct contact with the candidates’ – We do not waste our client’s money on non-results driven and expensive advertising. We research the market and contact the 85% of candidates who sit within the “passive market” (candidates who are currently happy where they are working but would be open to a new position should one turn their head).   
 
Our proven five step methodology has been successful in finding and placing candidates in some of the most difficult marketplaces in the USA. 

Today SARR work with a number of car dealerships large and small, urban or rural, franchised dealers and independents. We source, recruit, screen, interview and present both passive and active talent to all of our clients.
